Valinor Farm Eventing Program On-Line registation

2024 Clinic Information and Fees:

Adult Sessions:
May 4-5 (Saturday-Sunday)
July 12-14 (Friday-Sunday)
October 4-6 (Friday-Sunday

Junior Session:
July 31 – August 2 (Wednesday – Friday)

Program Fees:  3 days $475,  2 days $375, 1 day $225.
If space allows riders can attend for a partial session, priority is given to those registering for the full 3 days

Stabling Fees:  Stabling is available for the duration of the program for $50 per day.  Horses can come in  the evening before the program starts  for an additional $25.  Local riders are welcome to ship in and work out of their trailers.  Offsite stabling may also be available for those wishing to ship in.  Contact Robyn for more info.

  • Closing date for these sessions is 2 weeks before the starting date. A $25 post entry fee is assessed for registrations received after close date. Late registrations make it difficult for us to determine the number of instructors needed for each session.
  • Withdrawals before closing date will be refunded less a $25 office fee. After closing date no refunds unless your spot can be filled.  Stabling will be refunded if the stall can be filled.
  • Use of a school horse is an additional fee of $75 per day.  School horses are limited and must be reserved well in advance. Please confirm availability via email robyn@valinorfarm.com before sending in your registration if you require a school horse. A $100 deposit is required to reserve a school horse. After closing date the $100 school horse deposit is non-refundable.
  • Fee includes 1 dry stall. Feed and bedding are not included. Valinor does not have overnight accommodations for riders. Please see our website for local hotel information.

  •  Clinic hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm daily.

To register for any of the Valinor Farm summer Eventing programs please fill out the information below.  Your spot in the program is confirmed when your $100 deposit is received. Do you require stabling?
Stabling for the duration of the program is $50 per day. Early arrival is available the day before the program starts (after 3pm) for an additional $25.
Section 1: Assumption of Risk and Waiver By signing this agreement you acknowledge that you and your guests are on the property at your own risk, and hereby specifically release, indemnify, and hold Valinor Farm, its owners and agents, harmless from liability for any claims which may arise out of your activities on the premises. In signing this contract, you are binding yourself, your survivors, your agents, or any other person seeking to assert claim on your behalf, which arises from an accident occurring at Valinor Farm, even if such accident results in a permanently disabling injury or death. You, by signing this agreement, also acknowledge that you have read and understand the following notification pursuant to Chapter 128, Section 2D of the Mass General Laws. Section 2: Valinor Farm Medical Information and Treatment Release If medical care is required for the rider/student named below in conjunction with any Valinor Farm activity or related transportation, and if normal permission is not available in a timely manner, the undersigned authorize appropriate medical care as deemed necessary by emergency medical personnel, a physician, or the medical facility providing treatment. Warning Under Massachusetts Law, an equine professional is not liable for injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to Chapter 128, Section 2D of the General Laws. By signing this form I also acknowledge that I have read, understand and will adhere to the COVID restrictions put in place by Valinor Farm, as of the date signed below.
Signature of Rider (or parent / guardian if rider is under 18. I consent and agree that use of a key pad, mouse or other device to sign my electronic service constitutes my signature, acceptance and agreement as if actually signed by me in writing. Further, I agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate my electronic signature above; and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforce-ability of my signature or resulting contract between myself and Valinor Farm or their agents. I understand and agree that my e-Signature executed in conjunction with the electronic submission of this form shall be legally binding and such transaction shall be considered authorized by me.
SHP - Fees:
Deposits are required to confirm your spot. Deposits less a $10 processing fee are refundable prior to closing date. After closing date deposits are non refundable.
