Monday July 21.

The clinic will include two mounted sessions and 2 unmounted seminars. Mounted lessons are composed of small groups compiled together based on skill sets and similar goals. Unmounted lectures cover a variety of topics such as Conformation, Saddle Fit, Course Design, Developing a Goal Oriented Program, Basic Veterinary/Post Competition Care, Stable Management, Nutrition, German Training Scale, etc.

11:30 – 12:00 Lunch
12:00 – 1:00 unmounted discussion # 2
1:30 – 2:30 mounted lesson # 2
3:00 – 3:30 wrap up, pack and departure

Valinor Farm pony club Eventing Clinic Required Equipment
Riders must wear an approved ASTM/SEI helmet at all times when mounted, and must wear proper
clinic attire. Please make sure that all tack items are properly fitted and in good working order. Please
check the condition of all stitching and leather, and make sure that all equipment is clearly marked
with your name. Space is tight, there are no tack stalls available. Please plan to keep everything in
front of your assigned stall or in your trailer.

Section 1: Assumption of Risk and Waiver By signing this agreement you acknowledge that you and your guests are on the property at your own risk, and hereby specifically release, indemnify, and hold Valinor Farm, its owners and agents, harmless from liability for any claims which may arise out of your activities on the premises. In signing this contract, you are binding yourself, your survivors, your agents, or any other person seeking to assert claim on your behalf, which arises from an accident occurring at Valinor Farm, even if such accident results in a permanently disabling injury or death. You, by signing this agreement, also acknowledge that you have read and understand the following notification pursuant to Chapter 128, Section 2D of the Mass General Laws. Section 2: Valinor Farm Medical Information and Treatment Release If medical care is required for the rider/student named below in conjunction with any Valinor Farm activity or related transportation, and if normal permission is not available in a timely manner, the undersigned authorize appropriate medical care as deemed necessary by emergency medical personnel, a physician, or the medical facility providing treatment. Warning Under Massachusetts Law, an equine professional is not liable for injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to Chapter 128, Section 2D of the General Laws. By signing this form I also acknowledge that I have read, understand and will adhere to the COVID restrictions put in place by Valinor Farm, as of the date signed below.
Signature of Rider (or parent / guardian if rider is under 18. I consent and agree that use of a key pad, mouse or other device to sign my electronic service constitutes my signature, acceptance and agreement as if actually signed by me in writing. Further, I agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate my electronic signature above; and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforce-ability of my signature or resulting contract between myself and Valinor Farm or their agents. I understand and agree that my e-Signature executed in conjunction with the electronic submission of this form shall be legally binding and such transaction shall be considered authorized by me.
